PAYMENT METHODS

Motherly Connection accepts the following payment methods: Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diner's Club.

ORDER CONFIRMATION/SALES RECIEPT

An order confirmation page with an order number will be generated after your purchase is made. You will also receive the same order confirmation information via email after your purchase is made. It is important that you print a copy for your records. The order confirmation is your sales receipt and is required for any returns or exchanges.

SHIPPING POLICY

Motherly Connection only ships within the United States at this time.

Orders are processed and shipped from our store within 1-2 business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be shipped on the following 1-2 business days.

Motherly Connection offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders shipping within the United States. Free standard shipping will be shipped via USPS and may take up to 10 business days, but an average of 2-5 days after the order is processed (processing time takes 1-2 business days). You also have the option to pay for USPS priority mail, or USPS Express shipping. Express shipping will be delivered to you overnight, or up to 1 day. Express orders must be placed before noon(PST) M-F for shipment to be sent out that same day. Otherwise, they will be sent out the next business day.

To calculate the estimated arrival dates, we add the time it takes to process your order (1-2 business days) before it ships in addition to the time it takes to arrive at your shipping address after it leaves our store (based on the shipping method that you choose).

Please note, arrival times are an estimate and are not guaranteed.

Some items may come from our store or directly form the manufacturer. You will be informed it your order is sent in multiple shipments.

Motherly Connection strives to keep our packaging policy environmentally friendly. That means that you may receive packages with recycled boxes and materials.

OUT OF STOCK/BACK ORDER ITEMS

If you attempt to order an item that is not in stock you should receive an “Out of Stock” message. Occasionally a product will sell out before we have a chance to update the listing. The item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally (We couldn't update the web site fast enough!), or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory.

If any of the items that you purchased are on back order or out of stock we will contact you with the estimated shipping date. All other items in stock will be sent. When the item becomes available we will complete your order with a follow up shipment. You will not be charged for the item(s) on back order until your order is shipped to you. You will not be charged for shipping on the follow up shipment if you were already charged at the time of the original purchase if other items were ordered and shipped seperately. Please notify us as if you wish to cancel an order that has been back ordered. Back orders are only permitted on items we intend to re-stock on a regular basis. Clearance items do not qualify for back order status.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with your purchase, or if you change your mind about your purchase and you would like to return or exchange an item, you may do so within 30 days of the date that the item was purchased. It is very important that you keep your receipt. We will not accept any refunds or exchanges without a receipt. Please refer to the guidelines listed below.

Breast Pumps and Breast Pump parts/supplies: Breast pumps, breast pump parts/supplies are considered personal use products and cannot be returned once the seal on the packaging is broken. If the seal is still intact and the packaging has never been opened than the breast pump, or breast pump part/supply can be returned. However, if the packaging seal is broken we cannot accept the item for return or exchange. We encourage you to research the product and seriously consider if an Ameda breast pump is right for you prior to making your purchase. If you need to return a Breast pump due to mechanical failure, it must be returned to the manufacture, along with the receipt. Ameda Breast pumps are under warranty for one year from the date of purchase. Please contact Ameda directly for warranty information and for information regarding the return on Breast Pumps that are experiencing malfunction.

MotherLove Herbal Products: MotherLove Herbal company offers a money back guarantee if you are not satisfied with any of their products, even if you have opened it. You will receive a refund, minus shipping. If you wish to return any MotherLove products you can do so by sending the product back us, so please hold on to the product and your receipt. You will be responsible for shipping. Please contact us for further details regarding the return of any MotherLove product.

Nursing Bras: We ask that you wear nursing pads when trying on our nursing bras and that you avoid getting any deodorant, perfume, odors of any kind, or stains on the nursing bras or your request to return or exchange the product will be denied. Bras should be in brand new condition, and will not be accepted for return or exchange if they appear to be worn or washed. They must also have the original tags attached, and must be in the original packaging.

Nursing Wear: All nursing wear should be carefully tried on in order to avoid getting any deodorant, perfume, odors of any kind, or stains on the clothing or your request to return or exchange the item will be denied. Clothing should be in brand new condition, and will not be accepted for return or exchange if they appear to be worn or washed. They must also have the original tags attached, and must be in the original packaging.

All items purchased must be in brand new condition, free from wear and tear, in resale condition with the original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Clearance Items: Clearance items are final sale. We will not issue refunds or exchanges on clearance items.

Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates can be refunded to the individual that made the original purchase within 30 days of the purchase. The refund will be given in the same form of the original payment. The recipient of a gift certificate may only use the gift certificate in exchange for items purchased from Motherly Connection and gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.

Please contact us in writing via email for specific instructions prior to returning any purchases. We ask that you provide your name, phone number, email address, date of purchase, and the item you wish to return or exchange when contacting us. We will contact you regarding your request and a return/exchange authorization number will be issued to you. Once we have received the returned item, inspected it, and have determined that it is in its original condition, we will refund your money or exchange it minus the initial costs for shipping. Your refund will be returned to you in the same form of the original payment. The customer is 100% responsible for return shipping and any items lost in-transit. We ask that you allow us at least two weeks to process your return or exchange.

Send your returns and exchanges to PO Box 1074 Woodland, CA 95776. We ask that you submit a request for a return/exchange authorization number via email prior to mailing your return or exchange so that we can provide you with specific instructions. If any item is sent back to us without a return/exchange authorization number a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund or from the amount to be credited towards your exchange.

In the event that you receive an order that is incorrect or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately, but no later than 7 days after receiving your order so that we can address the problem. Please Email or call us and include your name, phone number, email address, purchase date, item(s) purchased, and the problem that you encountered.
